– One seriously tempting event is the Chocolatier’s Trade Show in Nice (13th – 15th November) with stalls, show and a whole lot more to keep those with a sweet tooth happy.

–November 29th 2015 Le Rouret’s Traditional Christmas Market prides itself on tradition and offering the very best of local produce to visitors a truly magical day for all the family.

–  The Monte Carlo Jazz Festival kicks off on the 23rd November and runs through until the first week of December, meaning you’ve got plenty of time to take in some of the great music on offer.

Chocolatier’s Trade Show 

– Tasting Tuscany is an amazing opportunity to discover everything wonderful about Tuscan food and drink. Held in Montepulciano on the 7th and 8th of November, it’s everything a foodie could wish for (and more!)

- Romaeuropa Festival is Rome's big festival of theater, music, and dance held in venues throughout Rome from late September through early December.

- Verona: The International Horse Show, the second weekend of November, draws participants come from all over the world. There is a parade with decorated horses and period costumes through the city on opening day.

- On the 21st of November each year, Venice hosts the Festival della Salute. The event is hosted in and around the basilica of the Madonna della Salute and is celebrated on the anniversary of the deliverance of the city from the 1621 plague. The celebrations are so important and heartfelt for the locals, that a temporary bridge is erected every year to facilitate the arrival of pilgrims into the church. 

- Cioccolato, a chocolate Festival in Turin

For food lovers and chocolate lovers, November is a great time for visiting Italy since the famous chocolate fair takes place in Turin during this time. The festival is known as CioccolaTO' and it takes place in the first and the second weekends of March. More than 40,000 Kg of chocolate is sold in central Turin during the location. The local tourist offices also sell chocolate passes in which visitors can taste 10 or 15 chocolates in one or two days' time. Other than chocolate the festival also has plenty of events and entertainment options. The festival is also held in the other towns of the province; however, the main city of Turin has the best celebrations.
