(TRAVPR.COM) USA - October 30th, 2015 - Waterville Valley, NH – Waterville Valley Resort has introduced FLEX tickets as part of ski & stay packages at participating lodges in the Valley. These lodging packages will include FLEX tickets that can be used at any time during the 2015/16 winter season or can be exchanged for a Learn to Ski or Ride package.
Waterville Valley Resort launched a new dynamic pricing system in 2014. Date specific lift tickets can be purchased in advance and save guests up to 55%. One of the features of this system is a flexible ticket that can be exchanged for a different day. This year, the Ski & Stay FLEX package offers some of the same versatility. FLEX tickets can be purchased for an additional fee which gives the guest the option to change the date of their ticket or upgrade to a Learn to Ski or Ride package. The Ski & Stay FLEX packages allow guests to return on any date during the winter season.
“Sometimes families make plans to spend a few days up here and the weather doesn’t always cooperate,” said General Manager Tim Smith. “While some days may not be ideal for hitting the slopes, there are so many other activities in the Valley that we realize we can give families the ability to choose something other skiing or riding. The FLEX ticket gives them that ability without it affecting their cost.”
Ski & Stay FLEX ticket packages will be available beginning on November 9, 2015 at Black Bear Lodge, Golden Eagle Lodge, Town Square Condominiums, and the Valley Inn. They will be valid when lift tickets become full price, which is expected to be on or about December 19, 2015, depending on ski conditions. Individual lift tickets are currently on sale at waterville.com.
