(TRAVPR.COM) MALDIVES - October 30th, 2015 -
Inspired by the local word translating to “the world”, Duniye is one of several exquisite restaurants in Kuramathi. Its flair lies mostly in its gourmet presentations of food, featuring a number of delectable flavours from around the globe. This month we announce 7 new additions to the already tempting selections.
Executive Chef, Michel Muffat unveiled the mouthwatering dishes after careful study and planning to delight the palate of guests. One of our most popular restaurants in Kuramathi, where most evenings are fully booked, the new menu features the traditional yellow fin tuna to quail and even frog leg. Fresh ingredients selected by the chef are incorporated into the dishes to create memorable dining experiences savoured for its distinct quality.
The Maldivian Yellow Fin Tuna Cube is garnished with green lentil hummus, roasted tomato jam, fried garlic and wild garlic oil vinaigrette. Frog leg is a must for daring food aficionados with its beautiful presentation complemented by tempura garlic purée, parsley coulis and poppy seed crisp. Smoked Duck Magret with wood mushrooms mousseline, melon caviar, cranberry port, wine jam, walnut crumble, garden arugula and olive oil is a classic choice if you prefer a more refined fare.
Tantalise your taste buds at Duniye - an enchanting new window into this world.
