Railbookers has been announced as the winner of Best Rail Holiday Company (Medium) in the prestigious 2015 British Travel Awards, making it the fourth consecutive year that the company has been recognised in this category.

(TRAVPR.COM) UK - December 1st, 2015 - Railbookers has been announced as the winner of Best Rail Holiday Company (Medium) in the prestigious 2015 British Travel Awards, making it the fourth consecutive year that the company has been recognised in this category.  The announcement was made on 25 November at a glamorous Gala Awards ceremony, held in London and attended by close to a thousand travel industry people.

In addition, Railbookers was also awarded the Bronze Certificate for Best Holiday Company for Customer Service (Medium). This follows on from winning the ECMOD 2015 Outstanding Customer Service Award earlier in the year. With offices in London, Los Angeles, Sydney and Auckland, Customer Service has been a key focus for this growing company, with these awards truly cementing the achievements made during this time of expansion.

Head of Media and Communications, John Hale, was there to pick up the award at BTA’s gala evening.
