The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center will be open on Monday, January 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in honor of Martin Luther King Day
(TRAVPR.COM) USA - January 17th, 2016 - Concord, NH-- The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center will be open on Monday, January 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in honor of Martin Luther King Day. Planetarium shows featured on Monday include the Discovery Center’s latest offering, Cosmic Origins, as well as Magic Tree House Space Mission, Dawn of the Space Age, Tonight’s Sky and Sunstruck.
General admission is $10 for adults, $9 for students and seniors, $7 for children 3 – 12; members and children under three are free. Planetarium shows are an additional $5.
The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center features 21st century interactive exhibits on aviation, astronomy, Earth and space sciences, a state-of-the-art planetarium and a variety of science, technology, and engineering and mathematics programs.
