MALAWI GUIDE RECOGNISED AS ONE OF WORLD'S BEST
Industry: Safari

Malawi guide Samuel Chihana of CAWS (Central African Wilderness Safaris) has been recognised in the top 100 guides in the world as part of the 2016 tourHQ Global Guide Awards

(TRAVPR.COM) UK - March 4th, 2016 - Congratulations to Malawi guide Samuel Chihana of CAWS (Central African Wilderness Safaris) who has been recognised in the top 100 guides in the world as part of the 2016 tourHQ Global Guide Awards! With over 22,500 guides in the tourHQ community spanning over 3700 destinations all over the world, the resource is the biggest online platform that successfully connects tour guides and travellers around the globe.

TourHQ have created the inaugural Global Guide Awards in recognition of the fantastic job that guides do in serving as important brand ambassadors for their country and helping travellers to get the most out of their experience. We  wholeheartedly agree with Samuel’s award and firmly believe him to be one of the best in the business when it comes to wildlife safaris.

Here are some of the many comments guests have made about Samuel, who is currently guiding at Mvuu Camp & Lodge in Liwonde National Park:

“I have been at Mvuu several times. Samuel is the best guide so far… he is dedicated and has great knowledge of both birds, animals and plants.”

“My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at the Mvuu Lodge in Liwonde, especially with our guide, Samuel! Samuel led us on a boat safari, bush walk and a rhino drive during our stay. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made our trip a really enjoyable time to learn about all of the park’s wildlife, whether it was mammals, birds, insects or the behavior of all three.”

“We had a great safari with Samuel when our adult kids visited us in Malawi. He listened out for each person’s interest – whether it was birds, or insects and was remarkable at spotting things – large like the elusive eles or tiny like the ant lion at night. We would recommend his services to any wildlife enthusiast.”

“I spent 3 days over Christmas with Samuel. He has very sound knowledge (and I’m a biologist myself). He rose to the challenge when I asked for Sable and found a big herd twice in the same day. Also Buffalo and of course elephant cavorting in the Shire River.”
