(TRAVPR.COM) USA - March 8th, 2016 - JACKSON, NH – Now is the best time to purchase your season pass to one of the top 10 cross-country ski areas according to a USA Today readers’ poll. Jackson Ski Touring Center 2016/17 season passes are on sale now at their lowest rates.

Though the winter weather has been challenging at times, Jackson XC has still been able to offer some of the best cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the Mount Washington Valley thanks to their expert groomers. Anyone who purchases a season pass for 2016-17 can ski free during the month of March and all of next season for these low rates.

In addition to having unlimited access to more than 150 km of trails with pristine grooming, season pass holders use the base facilities, locker rooms, wax room, free Wi-Fi and enjoy offered programs. They also include a Jackson XC 50% day pass coupon for a guest (adult passes only; not valid with other offers), early season discounts on day passes at partnering ski areas, and a 10% discount at Gorham Bike and Ski (for purchases $50+).

The Jackson Ski Touring Foundation is a community-based not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, chartered to maintain trails in and around the charming Village of Jackson, NH. The "Foundation" maintains 150 km of varied and breathtaking cross-country ski and snowshoe trails 2 hours north of Boston. Foundation trails connect with A.M.C. trails in Pinkham Notch and White Mountain National Forest backcountry adventure trails. The Foundation operates under a Special-Use Permit with the White Mountain National Forest, and with the cooperation of 75 private landowners, and the Village of Jackson.
