MEDITATION & BREATHING – Every Mon, Thurs & Sat - 7:30pm – 8:00pm at Pool Side
This is a moment of calming down with gentle breathing techniques and guided meditation with our In-house Holistic Physician, Dr. Suraj Dubey.

DETOX with Us  - After every morning activity enjoy selection and formulation of special detox teas and healthy shots to flush out the deep seated bodily toxins.

JOGGING AROUND MARINA – Daily Morning and Evening
Dubai Marina walkway is very popular amongst runners and you will observe people in gear early mornings and late afternoons. There are popular tracks, ranging from 3k up to 10k in and around La Verda. Collect a jogging/walking map at the Concierge or even look out for Siddharth Mehra our early rising General Manager and other La Verda family members who would be delighted to accompany you. Request you to inform the Concierge at least one day in advance.

AQUA EXERCISE  - Daily at 10:00am – 11:00am
We arrange swimming classes for kids and adults, offered by our in house Dubai certified lifeguard, and most helpful Mr. Refik from Albania.

HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training)– Every Tues, Thurs, Sat 8:30-9:30am/Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs5:30pm – 6:30pm at Our Gym
Join us for an innovative physical training session to condition your body, de-stress your mind and feel the flow of vital energy with our In-house personal Trainer Mr. Alex.

Eat Healthy
