The massive Penthouse, with floor to ceiling windows, meanders across two stories and has been featured in The Robb Report
(TRAVPR.COM) USA - July 13th, 2016 - Manchester, NH -- A private concierge, a kitchen with every possible gizmo, sweeping views across New Hampshire, an indoor garden, and 12,000 square feet of high fashion luxury. The Penthouse in the Sky is now open for business, set more than 17 stories above Manchester with every imaginable luxury.
The massive Penthouse, with floor to ceiling windows, meanders across two stories and has been featured in The Robb Report. Once the home to a local industrialist and philanthropist, the Penthouse in the Sky was built in the space once inhabited by the High Five Restaurant. Some 15 years ago – the space was completely renovated, hiring an internationally known architectural and design team to equip it with the finest appointments and furnishings. Touches include a Jacuzzi overlooking the city, an intricate bar carved from layers of glued wood, a commercial kitchen with pizza oven, steam oven, matching refrigeration and freezers, dual dishwashers, commercial range, every bell and whistle. The three bedrooms are vast, with amazing views and luxurious appointments. There is a private theater, a game room with billiard table, an indoor garden, and a terrace high above the city. The windows soar more than 22 feet high with breathtaking sunsets.
The experience does not end there; the Penthouse comes with a selection of chauffeured daytrips. This includes a day in Boston, or to the White Mountains and the Coast of New Hampshire, or a day at a private lake house on Lake Winnipesaukee. The experience features a customized stay and might even include a personal executive chef preparing the meals.
Prices for The Penthouse in the Sky start at $750 per night per person and the 3 bedrooms 5 bath Penthouse can accommodate up to six guests.
