Sunbird Capital was previously rated 3 star by the Malawi Tourism and Hotels Board and so this 4 star status is very special. Getting that additional star was not easy; it followed extensive investment, superior service delivery and continuous product improvement to keep up with the regional trends. And, the Hotel’s General Manager, Proud Chalira is quick to point out that maintaining it will not be easy either.
