(TRAVPR.COM) AUSTRALIA - June 8th, 2017 - Sydney based firm Micro-Cruising, that wholesales the world’s largest collection of truly small ship cruises of around 100 passengers or fewer, has developed Onsail - a booking software platform that is specifically designed for small ship cruise operators making bookings smooth sailing.
“The idea was developed when we contacted our suppliers to build a bridge between our site and their online product. We saw a gap in the market for online booking platform designed for the exacting needs of our suppliers” stated Nicola Caygill Micro-Cruising Managing Director. “Some suppliers had to make do with shoehorned hotel booking software or even use old fashioned spreadsheets”
The real-time, web based platform, Onsail was born. It allows operators to make fast bookings on the go with a clean interface and is agent compliant. It offers multiple price tables for low, shoulder and high seasons as well as discounts and payments for all types of fares (including single cabin fares) and booking such as single, group and charter bookings.
Once the suppliers start using the booking platform in-house, Micro-Cruising plans to offer to distribute the data to its travel trade channel.
Small ship cruise operators are welcome to contact Micro-Cruising at info@micro-cruising.com.au for a free 30 day trial. No contracts. No surprises. Full steam ahead. For more information click www.onsail.io

About Micro-Cruising:
Heralding the ‘Slow Cruise’ movement since 2013, small ships means that your arrival won’t create ripples on the destination since small ships are able to navigate shallow waters, most can anchor easily at smaller ports, or even anchor at Sea with no infrastructure in sight. Don’t transform the very place you’ve come to see. Take only photographs leave only footprints, get lost and be found.
