(TRAVPR.COM) USA - June 9th, 2017 - Celebrate the 4th of July in Waterville Valley, NH, with four days of fun for the whole family, including beach movie night, a parade, live music, and the must-see fireworks show.
The festivities begin on Saturday, July 1st with live music all afternoon and evening on the Gazebo Stage overlooking Town Square. On Sunday, July 2nd at 10:00am the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center will host live animal presentations. Join expert naturalists in Town Square to meet their NH wildlife ambassador animals.
From 12:00-4:00pm the annual Summer Family Carnival takes over with games, a 100’ obstacle course, face painting, t-shirt tie-dying, boat rentals, BBQ and live music. After dinner let the water call you and head to the beach for an outdoor screening of Moana beginning at 8:30pm.
On Monday, July 1st, live musicians will be rocking the Gazebo Stage all afternoon and evening. On Tuesday, July 4th, get in the spirit with the Independence Parade. Kids can decorate bikes and scooters beginning at 10:00am, cars and floats can join the line-up at 10:30am, and spectators should grab the best spot when the parade begins at 11:00am Then pack your coolers or grab dinner in town while a live band entertains from 6:30-9:30pm. Finally, end your night with a bang during Waterville Valley’s famous Fireworks show over Corcoran Pond.
