The Lenox Hotel Electrifies Boston with Two New Destination Charging Stations

Boston, MA (June 9, 2017) – The Lenox Hotel has installed two Destination Charging stations on Boylston St., just a block away from the finish line of the Boston Marathon. As a hotel group committed to exciting guests with the best amenities and experiences, The Lenox is proud to offer this high-tech, eco-friendly solution for guests.

With that in mind, adding two charging stations on one of Boston’s most famous streets made perfect sense.” 

The new connectors provide a convenient and fast charging solution for owners of Tesla vehicles staying at The Lenox Hotel, visiting one of their signature restaurants or bars, and any customer of their valet service who may just be visiting the area. 

“Our guests and our community drive every decision we make at The Lenox Hotel,” added Donahue. “These new charging stations will be a benefit for our guests and a resounding ‘Welcome!’ to one of our newest neighbors on the street,” (referring to the Tesla Motors store that recently opened on Boylston St.)

The Lenox Hotel’s two Destination Charging stations are available year round and provide fast and convenient charging solutions for any customer of the hotel's valet. The two units provide up to 16kW of charge and can accommodate up to two vehicles at a time. These two stations compliment the hotel’s Level 2 Universal charging station located on Exeter St., which can accommodate any electric vehicle and is also open to any customer of the valet at The Lenox.
