The occasion is dually joyous this year as it falls on a weekend giving guests a chance to extend the festivities.

Food is an essential part of the country's culture and on the occasion of the National Day our highly skilled chefs will take diners on a fascinating culinary journey revealing secrets from the ancient Emirati kitchen.
