By offering traditional Cretan dishes to the visitors in the presence of the Greek Tourism Minister, Εlena Kountoura

(TRAVPR.COM) GREECE - February 9th, 2018 - Creta Maris Beach Resort impressed the visitors of Brussels Holiday Fair during a two-day event dedicated to Cretan gastronomy, which took place on the 2nd & 3rd February, in Brussels, in the presence of the Greek Tourism Minister, Εlena Kountoura.

In the context of Brussels Holiday Fair, Creta Maris Beach Resort and the Region of Crete in collaboration with the Netherlands’ GNTO (Netherland – Brussels – Luxembourg), held a two-day event dedicated to Cretan gastronomy, on Friday 2^nd and Saturday 3^rd of February. During the first day, the visitors had the chance to watch and taste two favorite Cretan recipes with sea bass and lamb. On the second day, the resort offered Cretan “Ntakos” -rusks with tomatoes, feta cheese and dried oregano- and “Kaltsounia” -sweet Cheese Pastries- to the visitors of the GNTO’s booth, reminding thereby the value of the genuine Greek hospitality and highlighting the local character of the resort itself.

“The pure, traditional and local products that Creta Maris choose to use in all its restaurants are the ones that make the difference and the reason our guests love the Cretan cuisine. I am very glad that with our participation in this wonderful cooking action, we managed to promote once again our authentic cuisine and to “fly” the visitors of the fair to Crete!”, stated the Executive Chef of Creta Maris Beach Resort, Dimitris Makrakis.
