For the staunch lovers of Japanese cuisines, the Japanese High Tea Set includes savoury items such as assorted sushi, (Ebe, Ika, Scallop and Sea Urchin), sashimi (salmon and Hamachi), edamame and 63 degrees poached egg. Desserts are also as traditional as it gets, with an array of homemade Japanese cheesecake, green tea swiss rolls, matcha macarons and azuki (red beans) mochi.

The premium aromatic TWG Kona Sencha makes the perfect accompaniment to the tea experience.

Japanese High Tea Set is available at Tea Room, lobby level from Monday to Friday between 2pm and 5pm, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays between 12pm and 5pm. SGD68++ for two persons.
