Teodor brings over 18 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry and has been widely recognized for his leadership skills and business acumen. Teodor began his career in Europe at the JW Marriott Bucharest in 2000 and swiftly rose in position. He moved to the Middle East in 2006 and continued his journey with the Marriott group working with many great hotels in the region.

Prior to his new position, Teodor was the General Manager of One Bahrain Hospitality WLL as well as the Advisor to Chairman for ITICO Group of Companies and Owner Representative for Marriott Properties in Bahrain. Since 2016 he was the Management & Training Consultant for Ki Train Consultancy SPC. Teodor holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Tourism and Hospitality.
