Prior to joining Hilton, Koleros served as area director of sales and marketing, commercial sales europe for InterContinental Hotels Group. He worked with a team of partners and professionals to grow business opportunities for the european market and his leadership led to a recordbreaking production performance. A long-term veteran of the hotel and hospitality industry, Koleros has held multiple leadership roles at properties in the Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide family, where he started his career in Toronto, Canada.
