Designed to give jet setters the experience of a lifetime, the tailored travel Canary Volunteer group can pair you with a small but like-minded group and send you on a truly rewarding adventure. Challenge your strength and abilities by helping others in a unique environment; from building a mud hut to supporting crop growth on an organic farm.
Your 14 or 21-day experience will commence in Bangkok, where you’ll get to enjoy the very best of what the vibrant city has to offer. You’ll then be transferred to the Baan Nokkamin Foundation – a Christian based organisation established to support and assist under-privileged children and the elderly in order to strengthen and lift them both spiritually and emotionally. Here, you’ll help, build, contribute and support as you not only get to know the organisation, but you’ll get to see what life can be like from a completely different perspective.
Volunteering with Canary can be for everyone; whether you’re a student wishing to explore the world but give something back at the same time or you’re a newlywed couple wishing to do something completely unique for your honeymoon. Canary are also catering for growing 50+ travelling age group, with selected tours catering for this market.
About Canary Volunteers
Husband and wife duo Oliver and Nate Greenaway from Hampshire, United Kingdom, founded Canary Volunteers through their passion for helping under-privileged communities across Thailand. They believe that giving a little can go a long way in areas less fortunate than home. They are working in partnership with Baan Nokkamin children's and community project in Thailand, whom they have been supporting for many years.
