Ecotara in Gran Canaria specialises in hosting retreats. Organic food is grown on site, vegetarian and now vegan menus are available.
(TRAVPR.COM) CANARY ISLANDS - April 24th, 2019 - After a successful 2018 calendar hosting wellness retreats focusing on yoga, meditation or qigong retreats, Ecotara Canary Islands is pleased to announce it is extending its vegetarian menu to a full vegan menu upon request. Dishes are carefully prepared with organic produce grown on site, whilst home-made breads and jams are made using seeds and fruits from Ecotara’s organic gardens and orchard.
Special diets can be requested, for specific nutritional purposes or juicing retreats. Healthy and nourishing food for body and mind is the common thread running through every event at the retreat centre. People have come for juice fast diets, liver cleanse and remineralisation diets. Ecotara Canary Islands partners with facilitators to help them create the retreat of their dreams, providing all the right elements for guests to let go of stress, reconnect with themselves, and achieve greater wellbeing.
Acroyoga, emotional detox, pilates or tantra, these are some of the retreats that have been hosted at the centre. Guests frequently comment how cared for they felt whilst staying at Ecotara. More than a retreat, coming to Ecotara Canary Islands is discovering another way of living. To find out more about up-coming retreats visit www.ecotararetreat.com.
