Australia based La Vie Hotels & Resorts has appointed Mohamed Hassan Youssef as the Regional Director

(TRAVPR.COM) UAE - January 19th, 2020 - Australia based La Vie Hotels & Resorts has appointed Mohamed Hassan Youssef as the Regional Director of Business Development for the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Mohamed has an impressive track record with over two decades of exceptional experience in the hospitality industry, including 10 years in the UAE working with various leading brands.

La Vie Hotels & Resorts has recently made its foray in the Middle East with the signing of La Vie Garden Hotel & Apartments in Dubai. It also marked the launch of the group’s strategy to expand in the region.

Upon joining La Vie Hotels & Resorts, Mohamed commented, “I am extremely honoured and delighted to join La Vie Hotels & Resorts at such an exciting time for the company. An Egyptian national, Mohamed began his career with global brands such as Sonesta Hotel & Nile Cruises, Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh, and Concorde Hotels & Resorts with a focus on front of house. Speaking fluent Arabic, French and English, he came to the UAE in 2009 to take the position of Front Office Manager at the Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Fujairah. In 2014 he was appointed as the Rooms Division Manager at Gloria Hotels where he quickly progressed to Director of Rooms. In 2016 he took the role of Director of Operations at the new Telal Resort, Al Ain by Muruoj Gloria before moving to the Western Hotel in Abu Dhabi as the Hotel Resident Manager. Prior to joining La Vie Hotels & Resorts, Mohamed was the General Manager of Royal Central Hotel The Palm.

La Vie Hotels & Resorts is a third-party hotel management company and works with various hotel brands. La Vie has its own 5-star brand, Tolarno and 4-star brand, La Vie Garden. The group currently operates hotels across Australia, Bhutan, China, Malaysia, Maldives Myanmar, Thailand, UAE and Ukraine.
