The Popular 86 Passenger Vessel Makes its Official Move to Become the Wilderness Legacy

Legacy to be the Wilderness Legacy. The multi-deck ‘whale whisperer’ will now join its green hulled sister vessels, the Wilderness Explorer, Wilderness Discoverer, and Wilderness Adventurer with the wilderness moniker. She will continue to provide active outdoor itineraries focused on laid back adventure in the Pacific Northwest and Columbia and Snake Rivers.

The newly renamed Wilderness Legacy is uniquely suited to provide an unforgettable experience to every guest looking for small boat adventuring. This sleek expedition vessel provides gracious curves and mahogany interior. With a top speed of 12 knots, it is the fastest of the UnCruise Adventures fleet and well-known for its customized adventure launch pad, the Sea Dragon.

Plans for a rechristening of the vessel with the new name are expected in 2021 that will allow for a celebratory gathering.
