(TRAVPR.COM) INDIA - Kolkata (May, 2014) - From June onwards, Sundays at Hyatt will no longer be the same!  Food reminiscent of the traditional Bengali era will be back at our award winning restaurant, Guchhi. For the first time, a completely Bengali buffet - crafted with authentic Bengali delicacies is on offer with a five star brunching experience.

The menu has been specially crafted by the celebrity chef Partha Roy and his team.Chef Partha who was just recently invited to represent the Bengali cuisine at the Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, which made him famous beyond the borders of Bengal, supported by his team he has recreated a bouquet of traditional Bengali recipes.

An appetizing selection of over 35 authentic Bengali recipes  like Bakfulerbada, Fish Kabiraji, Echor die cholar dal, Tel koi, Ilishpolao, Patishapta and Mishtidoi and many more forgotten flavours have been resurrected.

Now, Sundays will bring back the magic of the leisurely days of family and friends getting together.
Celebrate with us the spirit of‘Bangaliyana” with the complete Bengali spread complimented by live music of a young Bengali band echoing the sound of the city.
