Urban Adventures introduces travellers to authentic, local cuisine in 12 cities

Food With Altitude, La Paz (3.5 hours, US$52) - see how Bolivians turn humble ingredients into greatness, while trying local delights such as tea made from lightly-toasted cherries mixed with cinnamon sticks, fresh fish from Lake Titicaca and traditional potato soup.

Home Cooked Kastoria (3 hours, US$25) - be welcomed into the home of a local family to learn about local life, pick up some Greek cooking tips, and sit down to share a traditional meal together.

Home Cooked San Jose (4 hours, $52) - taste authentic Costa Rican food and make new friends, as you are welcomed into the home of a local family to cook and share a meal together.

Madrid Tapas Adventure (3 hours, €58) - learn the difference between a pintxo, a tapa and a ración, and get the inside scoop on what makes a good jamón, as you taste some of the city's most delectable tapas at a popular night market, traditional taverns, and cool local spots.
