Rare
Signature restaurant Rare is a contemporary European Cuisine and Grill showcasing hand selected ingredients with artisanal precision. The award winning restaurant offers flavourful and aromatic dishes, paired with some of the world’s best wines to create a sensation of culinary delight. A dramatic Beech carving surrounds the wood fired oven which takes centre stage in this inviting show kitchen, where the atmosphere is relaxed yet sophisticated. The high ceilings and naturally modern design are complemented by rich, warm furnishings. Guests can choose to dine indoors, close to the action in the kitchen, or outside on the terrace overlooking the polo fields and dramatic Dubai skyline. Open daily for dinner from 7pm – 11pm.
Rare carefully sources ingredients, passionately prepared and matched to produce savoury and elegantly presented dishes that suit everyone’s taste. The signature restaurant offers set course menu and Wine Pairing dinners as well as signature dishes such as Miso Black Cod, Alberta Lamb Rack, Diver Scallops, Black Angus Steak and Wagu Steak.
Every Friday, Rare features a vintage brunch offering a Contemporary European Cuisine including half a bottle of Taittinger per person, wine paired dishes and shaken cocktails. The Vintage brunch includes live interactive cooking stations, carefully selected to highlight the best of what a brunch should be. Some of the dishes guests can look forward to indulging are French oysters, Salmon Wellington, grilled line caught fish, live soups and stews and artisanal cheese with homemade breads and jams. The brunch starts every Friday from 12:30 pm to 4:00pm.
Private Dining in Rare
Connected to the indoor seating of Rare is a private dinning enclave. Encased in glass with a privacy screen built in built in, this room can seat up to 10 people and can be booked as a separate dining experience. Guests can opt for dishes from Rare or have a menu tailored to their needs. Open daily for dinner from 7pm – 11pm.
RED
RED is for those who believe the finest antiques come in a bottle. This chic lounge bar has some of the best varieties of cigars, whisky, custom cocktails, contemporary blends and international beers as well as an exotic Martini list, making this one of the most desired hot spots on the Dubai social scene. Secluded nooks and crannies featuring oversized sofas and chairs ensure guests can be as social or as private as they want to be whilst soaking up the atmosphere of this funky bar and watch sports matches while having drinks with their friends and families. Red bar is open from 5.00pm to 1.30am from Sunday till Thursday, and from 12.00pm till 1.00am on Friday and Saturday.
Epicure
An innovative concept for Dubai, Epicure combines casual - all day dining brasserie filled with international delicacies and fresh produced together with a relaxed poolside casual chic experience. Here you will find the homemade chocolate truffles, homemade anti-pastis, healthy fresh juice blends and deli style sandwiches and signature dishes including fresh mussels, fresh pastas, and corn fed chicken. The patisserie smell of freshly brewed personalized Desert Palm coffee blend and Camellia’s Tea combine to create a vibrant ambiance. Serving a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner enjoying Epicure’s signature fresh pastas and mussels. Guests can also choose to sit inside or outside on the terrace under the shade of pergolas. All views overlook the infinity pool and extensive green polo fields. Epicure is ppen daily from 7.00am to 11.00pm.

Destination Dining
Destination dinging is a customised outdoor culinary journey offering six different getaways amidst the stunning landscape of the 160 acre estate, with 3 course set menu and wine pairing. Whether it’s a romantic evening, a special celebration, or a group event, a private chef and personal waiter will make sure to make it a memorable and unique experience.
High Tea
Enjoy one of the daily polo matches during the polo season whilst indulging in a traditional high tea, served daily from 4.00 to 6.00pm on the portico, or on the Polo Fields following where the Polo Game is played. Freshly baked scones with clotted Devonshire cream and homemade jams, mini French pastries and finger sandwiches are some of the delights on offer.
Polo Bar
At the Polo Bar the extensive menu caters to every taste with a full range of Champagnes, cocktails, wines, beers and spirits. The bar team will be happy to make your tipple as you relax with the sun setting over the Dubai skyline beyond. Those looking for a bite to eat can enjoy a selection of lamb Koftas, Mini Beef sliders, wood fired pizza, traditional Arabic Mezze and flavoured Shesha. The Polo Bar is open Monday to Thursday from 5:00pm to 1:30am and weekends from 12:00pm to 2:00am.
