Until the end of April, diners will have the option of choosing from a special set of vegetables, dressings and nuts. Special meal has also been introduced for vegetarians and people who are looking for healthy food. Guests also have the option to create salad on their own, choosing components from the Salad Bar.

Ferghal Purcell, General Manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel, said that in recent years, there has been a growing trend towards vegetarianism among people due to increasing awareness of the food's health and nutritional value. Eating habits of people are changing with more and more people seeking vegetarian options. This was definitely visible among the hotel's guests too.
