The iconic  beachfront Atlantic Hotel Riccione has started hosting a series of monthly fine dining events with menus created by award-winning European chefs specially invited to cook at its renowned Green Restaurant. The evenings dubbed ‘Dinner with the Stars’ will take place monthly and will be dedicated to fine dining tradition for discerning guests and their palates. Award winning chefs from  Europe will take over the kitchen  and create unique menus for one night only. The ingredients for all their dishes will be locally sourced from the province’s rich agricultural farmland.

Its own signature dishes include the ‘sea bass carpaccio with red prawns served on a bed of green broad bean puree, garnished with cocoa beans’ and ‘the handmade potato dumplings stuffed with lobster and cooked in a rich cuttlefish ink.’
