Developed by Dynamic Operator, La Cruise, the first restaurant to open at the Canal Central Hotel in Business Bay presents a refreshing international dining experience in a relaxed ambiance with panoramic views of the Dubai Canal.

La Cruise’s menu offers a variety of traditional and contemporary dishes to suit every palate. The food, presented with real artistry, is international but often has an imaginative modern (nouvelle cuisine style) twist. The presentation looks attractive, fresh and delicious without being fussy.

Equally interesting is the ‘Easy Que-Less’ layout concept of the restaurant. Zaid explains, “Being a turn-key solution for hotels, La Cruise’s layout is engineered for easy operation and extraordinary service. Instead of the regular boring one-line hot, cold, bakery, beverage, dessert and live stalls, the stations are segregated in an island design which not only makes the food more appealing but also prevents crowding.”
