Collaborating with Top Chefs on 6-City Tour

(TRAVPR.COM) TX - May 7th, 2019 - Denton, TX: Casa M Spice Co® is happy to announce it is a proud touring partner of the 2019 Lamb Jam Tour, presented by Tasty Creative. The Lamb Jam Tour, now in its ninth year, is making stops in six cities across the country, bringing top chefs from around the United States together in an epic competition and culinary experience.

Each stop of the tour celebrates the 80,000 family-operated farms and ranches that raise sheep in the United States. The chefs participating in each stop will compete to see who prepares the best lamb dish. The winners in each city will get the opportunity to compete in the Lamb Jam Finale for the ultimate title of Lamb Jam Master.

"We're thrilled to be partnered with Casa M Spice Co® for the 2019 Tour,” CEO & Creative Director at Tasty Creative, LLC Paul Schiavone said. “Their Good Shepherd® spice blend is expertly crafted to compliment the bold flavor of American lamb. Just a shake of Good Shepherd® and a few minutes on the grill, and you've got delectable lamb chops, burgers, or kabobs."

Each city will also have top culinary artisans, winemakers, brewers and bartenders in attendance to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience for people who are passionate about food, especially lamb, and want to taste unique dishes inspired by flavor profiles from all over the world.

The tour has upcoming stops in the following cities on the following dates:

● Seattle, WA - May 19
● Boston, MA - June 23
● San Francisco, CA - July 21
● Denver, CO - August 25

As a touring partner with Lamb Jam, Casa M Spice Co® is collaborating with a top restaurant and their executive chef at each location for “signature bite” tastings that highlight the Good Shepherd™ blend created specifically for lamb dishes by Casa M Spice Co®.

“Here at Casa M Spice, we're big fans of lamb,” Casa M Spice Co® founder Mike Hernandez said. “We created Good Shepherd® to complement the delicious natural flavors lamb has to offer and we are proud to share that as part of the Lamb Jam Tour.”

The Good Shepherd® blend was created specifically for lamb chops and leg of lamb, giving your lamb dish the savory and mouth-watering flavor no matter how you prepare it. Good Shepherd® brings out all of the natural flavors of the lamb by integrating spices like black pepper, mustard and other earthy spices that sync perfectly with the meat. The Good Shepherd™ seasoning is available from Casa M Spice Co® in a 10-ounce stainless steel shaker, an 8-ounce plastic shaker, a one-cup refill bag, or a one-pound bulk bag.

For nearly two decades, Casa M Spice Co® has worked on perfecting its spice blends to create unique flavor profiles that bring Cajun, Mexican, and Southwestern influence together. Through extensive exploration of the cuisine of Mexico, New Orleans and the Southwestern United States, as well as the experimentation of different spices working together with different types of meat to create the best BBQ rubs, the creations of Casa M Spice Co® are ready to be brought to your family table straight from the Casa M Spice Co® table.
