Celebrate the festive season with a quinessential 5-course menu by celebrated Executive Chef Nicky Ng

Available from Sunday, 1 December 2019 to Wednesday, 1 January 2020, this festive menu showcases Chef Nicky’s fresh and innovative take on Chinese cuisine, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and execution, while retaining the authenticity of Cantonese dishes. The set menu is available for both lunch and dinner at S$88++, with a minimum of two to dine.
Begin the meal with the Appetiser Platter featuring the aromatic Truffle with Sesame Mayonnaise Prawn, Creamy Pomelo Lobster Claw and a side of Mitzo’s Signature crispy Roasted Pork Belly. After which, indulge in the rich and creamy Pumpkin & Scallop Soup with Caviar, bringing forth umami goodness with seafood and sweet pumpkin. These savoury dishes are perfect starters to whet the appetite, right on time for the main course.
Chinese dining in Singapore Delight in the Mitzo’s Festive Wagyu Beef Cheek, a flavourful and tender beef cheek, slow-cooked to buttery-soft perfection mixed with garlic, dried chillies and a hint of Sichuan peppers.
Relish in the hearty Black Pepper Turkey Fried Rice, where the turkey meat and grounded black pepper work in perfect harmony from the intense “wok hei” flavours, a true testament to Chef Nicky’s skill and innovation in elevating classic dishes.
Finish the meal with the refreshing Coffee & Coconut Granita with Caramel Jelly served with Custard Sesame Pancake, a delightful mix of sweet and savoury making it the ultimate treat.
Further celebrate the season with Mitzo’s Festive Cocktail Santa’s Roots created by Head Bartender Azlam. This ginseng and cinnamon-infused bourbon tipple is mixed with Licor 43, chocolate bitters, lemon juice, goji berry syrup and topped with egg white and pinot noir foam, bringing out the festive joy this season. The exclusive cocktail is available from Sunday, 1 December 2019 to Wednesday, 1 January 2020, at $18++ per glass.

Singapore-born Azlam has a deep understanding of Cantonese cuisine, expertly combining spirits with Asian ingredients to create drinks that not only complement the food at Mitzo but stand out on their own. Known for his warmth and easy-going demeanour, Azlam was awarded the prestigious Best Customer Service – Nightspot award in 2012 by the Singapore Tourism Board.
